We are praising the Lord for the bountiful harvest from our garden! We've enjoyed many wonderful things this year from our vegetable garden. Here is just an end of the season sampling that was picked fresh today! Butternut squash, acorn squash, sweet corn, okra, a bushel of carrots and many, many tomatoes of different types! It's been such a blessing! Thank you Lord!

Wow, some of my faves there! (Especially butternut squash) I'm praying specifically that the next place we live will have a big sunny patch for a real garden. I'm looking forward to it! In the meantime, I make do with a fence of window boxes and pots, which isn't half bad when I want a fresh herb or two - can't complain!
