Another Marvelous Meal ala Madelyn!

Last night was Madelyn's turn for meal planning and prep. I had pulled this recipe off from one of my favorite blogs:  One More Lady Bug. She is preparing in a couple of weeks to go and get their newest "ladybug" from China...precious Khloie. She had asked for freezer meal ideas to help her plan ahead for while she is gone and once she gets back. She made this meal as a test, and her family ate 2 whole pans! It's definitely a keeper! Everyone here loved it, too!

Pizza Casserole:

Madelyn made 2 batches of it, one for supper last night, and one for church today. But alas...church today was canceled because of the weather, and so we enjoyed it as a late lunch, too! Yum!

She also made a lovely triple berry cobbler for dessert! Thank you Madelyn! We love you!
