Have you heard about the Skylight Dining Room in Wolfeboro, NH?

Last week we had the most wonderful lunch with my Dad at the Skylight Dining Room in Wolfeboro! It was incredible! It's part of the tech school run by Kingswood Regional Highschool in Wolfeboro. The culinary arts Juniors and Seniors in the High School run the whole cafe!

396 South Main Street at Kingswood Regional High School
Wolfeboro, NH 03894

Open Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 12:00-1:00 --October through May.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the students and led to our reserved table for 9. This particular Thursday it was a Mexican Buffet!

Rosie LOVED the omelet!

On the menu was a wonderful variety of Mexican favorites like burritos, tacos, and enchiladas. There also was fresh fruit and a lovely garden salad, stuffed hot peppers, turkey, and steamed veggies. there also in the corner was a custom made omelet station! That was really great, too!

This was our "going away" luncheon with my Dad, as he leaves for Florida on Saturday, November 10th.

We all enjoyed a really nice homemade dessert, too! We were very impressed with the food, the service, and the industrial kitchen we caught a glimpse of through the green doors in the above photo!

Thank you for meeting us Grampa Dave! We LOVE you!

All of us!
