What a gift this day!! A new photo of JoyAnna!!

Isn't she beautiful!!
Rejoice with us! We just got this precious more up to date photo of our JoyAnna! What a blessing this day! Thank you Lord! What a difference between these two photos! Amazing!
Our referral photo taken over a year ago!

Please pray for us as we continue to prepare for our trip to meet her. We leave 2 weeks from today! Wow!

Please also pray for JoyAnna's health. She has been diagnosed with hemolytic anemia. Please pray that this would stabilize and that we'd be directed to the best care for her once she comes home!

Please also pray for the orphanage director and softened hearts there! It has been amazing to see how God is already paving the way for this all to happen!

Thank you all soooo much! We covet your prayers! You are such a blessing to us!

Home Renovation Fun, Marlie's Birthday, Baby chicks arrive, and other random musings to get caught up!

It's sooo exciting! Our stairs are going to be finished! Hooray! We are also going to have hard wood floors in the living room, kitchen, and hall way! God is soooo good! **note: of course it truly does help to be married to one of the most gifted carpenters around! Thank you Glenn! We'll keep you posted on the progress!

Grace tries her hand at drilling!

So...when life gives you snow?? Make a snow baby! That's what Rosie did! Her name is Wendy! (with Elisha's help of course!)

On Saturday we celebrated our precious granddaughter Marlie's 3rd birthday! Wow..where does the time go??

Her Daddy made this wonderful banner at his work! Cool, huh?

Annie loved trying to feed Rosie her cake!

Marlie got a new bike for her birthday! What a big girl!

And..on Tuesday we got a VERY special delivery---27 chicks!! Never had them delivered through the mail before. Such a blessing!

Nothing like new life in the house to make it feel like Spring!

Rosie was soooo excited..she kept running around saying:  "Baby chicks are here! Baby chicks are here!"

They are doing really well! So..there you have it folks! I'm up to date on my photos and posting them on my blog! Enjoy!!

Thank you, too, for continuing to pray for our adoption! Our flights are booked and we are ready to go! 2 weeks from this Friday!

Our Annual Trip to Homeschool Snow Days in Rumney! Such a Blessing!

Last Thursday we headed to Rumney Bible Conference (Now Known as New England Fellowship of Evangelicals) with many other families for a day of skating, extreme hockey,  cross country skiing, snow shoeing,  lunch, tubing, and most importantly wonderful fellowship!! It was a VERY good day! Take a peek!

Great fun was had by all ice skating and playing hockey!

 Grace even mastered skating backwards!

One of the kids fun things is the ride on the "school bus" to go to the tubing hill!

Rosie LOVED tubing! And so did everyone else!!

The bigger kids had fun making chains coming down the hill. The record was 17 people all connected!

Nicole met a true bosom buddy named Rachel. They were inseparable the whole day! Such a blessing!

Here we are...the whole Winslow Gang!!! What a wonderful day! Thank you Lord!
