"For He shall deliver the needy, when he crieth, the poor also, and him that hath NO Helper!!" Psalms 72:12

Our Dear precious Zoey,

We love you soooo much! In this short time that God has given us to visit with you, we have learned so much from you. You are an amazing little girl. You have the deepest well of joy that we've ever seen in anyone! No matter what their age! We are so blessed that God chose us to care for you. You are truly a gift from Him!! Every day we thank God for you and your abundance of JOY!

Today we left part of our hearts with you in your orphanage. When we had to say goodbye to you for now, it was so hard. Both Dad and I cried big tears!
Please remember all of God's promises that we read together today Zoey! Remember to "be strong and courageous and do NOT be afraid, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you will go!" Dad and I will remember that, too!

It truly was amazing. When we were reading God's word together today, and on Tuesday, too, she would smile, and lift her arms up and down! She was praising her Maker!

Please know that Yavor loves you very much, too! You really stole his heart as you have done to soooo many people! People across the world, dear Zoey!

Oh dear Zoey, we are going to storm the gates of heaven with our prayers for you to come home as soon as possible and many, many others are praying, too!! We can not wait for you to be surrounded by the love from our whole family! Right now, though, our sweet Zvesdelina--our "little star", know that you are loved, and you are prayed for and we love you greatly!

Remember sweet girl when we were hugging and our hearts were beating together as one today, and we were singing together , that God has knit us together in such strong love, and NOTHING can take that apart! NOTHING!

Dear sweet Zvesdie, we love you more than words can say, and we miss you already so very much! We've gone on now to meet your big brother. He lives in your country, too! We are excited to meet him and tell him all about you!

Hang on sweet girl. We'll be back VERY soon! In the mean time--we are asking God to take special care of you as only He can! We are also so very thankful for Nina, too!

Remember this Zoey..."We will see you again, and our hearts shall rejoice, and no one can take our joy from us!" John 16:22

Praying for your beautiful precious Zoey. Her spirit shines forth in the pictures you shared. She makes me think of 1 Samuel 2:8 "He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the ash heap; he seats them with princes and has them inherit a throne of honor." Praying God strengthens Zoey and your family as you wait to be reunited together.

Hi Amy!
Thank you for your note! Yes, her spirit is stronger than anyone I've met in her condition. I LOVE that verse! Thank you for reminding me of it! I'm going to use it in a blog post soon dedicated to her! Thank you for your prayers! We covet them greatly! Please feel free to email me, too!

I can't take it. She was so absolutely beautiful. You were so blessed to be her parents. Praying for you and your family tonight.
